Yes, on the skin of the bikini line and outer areas, the same way you'd use it anywhere else. External use only, never internally, and never on broken or open skin. Patch test first. Shaving bumps in that area are extremely common and they are simply what happens when skin is shaved and then given nothing to recover with. If anything looks infected, is painful, spreading or weeping, please see a doctor rather than reaching for an oil.
